Pay now: Pay in full at booking.

Pay later: No prepayment required. Your card is charged in full 4 days prior to arrival.

Pay over time: Choose 2, 3, or 4 payments by credit card. Default on payments results in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation policy: Based on the rate type booked. Bookings on a non-refundable rate plan cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. Some rate plans allow for a 72-hour cancellation notice; without notice, one night's room and tax is charged.

No-show policy: If you fail to show for your booked reservation, the payment will be processed in full and retained.

Early-departure policy: Checking out before your booked departure date results in forfeiture of the day's charge and tax. No refunds are available.

Modification/change policy: Changes are available up to 72 hours prior to arrival unless you have booked a non-refundable rate.

Weather disruption policy: Inclement weather, including rain, storms, or weather forecasts, does not qualify for a refund. Refunds or penalty-free cancellations will only be considered if a state of emergency is officially declared for the area affecting the resort or guest travel. If a state of emergency is declared, please contact the resort as soon as possible to review your options.

The resort fee is $50.00 for a one-bedroom and $75.00 for a two-bedroom suite. It includes: WiFi, activity pool, gas barbecue areas, free HBO channels, fitness center and business center access, 9-hole miniature golf (putting course), board game library, free local phone calls, and in-room safe.

The resort fee applies to all guests, including Vacation Village Resorts Owners, RCI Exchanges, and rentals.

$150 refundable hold on a credit card for damages, excessive cleaning, or smoke.

Returned at check-out if the suite is deemed in good condition — free of damage and smoke (vaping or tobacco).

Debit card holds may take up to 14 business days after release to appear.

Government-issued photo ID and credit card required at check-in for incidentals.

The Grandview Las Vegas does not allow pets.

• A full cleaning of your suite is available for a fee of $25 per visit.
• If staying 7 nights or more, one full clean is complimentary on day 7.

• Guests are asked to run the dishwasher upon check-out.

• The Grandview Las Vegas suites are smoke-free. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the suites.
• Smoking or vaping in your suite could result in forfeiting the $150 security deposit and/or additional charges.
• Smoking outside is permitted in designated smoking areas.

• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Quiet pools (Jasmine and Iris Buildings) close at 10:00 PM.

• One-bedroom suites accommodate up to 4 guests.
• Two-bedroom suites accommodate up to 8 guests.
• Rollaways are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Charges may apply for an extra person requiring a rollaway.
• Visitors are permitted at the Resort and are subject to the same Resort policies as guests.

• A free shuttle to Walmart runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM daily for registered guests.
• Pickup: Behind the main pool between the Primrose and Sage buildings.
• The shuttle does not serve the Las Vegas Strip or other destinations. Check with the front desk on arrival for pick-up details.
